Non-locking Low Mass Male RCA connector
This is our high quality RCA Non-locking connector. If you look at the attached photo, you can see it is slim and sleek. There is even a saddle in the middle that reduces the amount of mass. We are finding it provides a significant improvement over locking and other bulky plugs.
Our President (of L A T International) prefers this plug over even our own excellent locking plug. Construction materials of the two are the same. It has a Teflon insulator and accepts cable diameters up to 9.5mm (3/8"). Many RCA connectors are stamped out of sheet metal, are not rigid and will resonate from vibrations. Ours are rigid, machined from a solid billet. They provide for the best electrical connection.

LAT International Locking RCA Connector
This is our best locking RCA connector. It has a Teflon insulator and accepts cable diameters up to 8mm (5/16"). Many RCA connectors are stamped out of sheet metal, are not rigid and will resonate from vibrations. Ours are rigid, machined from a solid billet, and they lock to provide for the best electical connection. Ours looks very much like a locking connectors offered by another manufacaturer at substantially higher price. However all of those we have seen by them are made of brass with gold plating on top. Brass is not a very good conductor of electricity and consequently there is a preformance sacrifice. Brass is comprised of only 70% copper. Ours are made of an aloy that is 90% copper, 10% Zinc and then plated with gold. (One hundred percent copper would be to soft for this purpose).
